If you authorize substitution for size of plants not available at the time your order is received, we'll substitute for either a larger or smaller plant (whichever is available) and adjust the unit price accordingly.
Add appropriate shipping and handling charges as Outlined in the Condition of Sale. New York State residents make sure to include the appropriate sales tax as required by your county.
CONDITION OF SALEGENERAL TERMS $40.00 minimum order. Payment must be made in advance and may be handled by check, money order or Credit Card. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. orders. Orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received. Occasionally shipments may be delayed pending more moderate weather conditions. All offerings are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to withdraw any offering from sale and to limit quantities. We guarantee all plants to be true to identity to the best of our knowledge. We make no warranty as to the productiveness of any plants sold. Our responsibility shall be limited to the purchase price, in any case. This listing cancels all previous lists and offers. SHIPPING & HANDLING Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped Priority Mail (2-3 day service). Please add $12.00 for the first plant and $2.00 for each additional plant. Shipping is generally done within one week of receipt of order. Shipments during the colder months will be held and shipped when weather permits. Optional Express Overnight Mail service is available for an additional $17.00 and is recommended for shipping during the colder months.
